In an effort to provide continuing, improved service to the citizens of Amherst, the Police Department is distributing this form to all businesses in order to have updated call-out information in the event there is a problem at your business after hours.
Please fill out the form and submit the information through our web site, or you can print a hard copy and fax it to us at 440-988-3009. You can return it via US mail or drop it off at the police station, 24 hours a day. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the dispatch center (988-2625) at any time.
Should there be a change in your key holder information, please let us know as soon as possible.
