On June 6, 2010, officers were detailed to Kiedrowski's Bakery in regards to a male panhandling and refusing to leave the property.  Upon arrival, a male, identified as Rickey Johnson, age 46 of Sandusky, was found to be the suspect repeatedly asking for cigarettes and money from the employees of the bakery.  The employees were on break smoking when Mr. Johnson approached them.  They felt very uncomfortable with his presence and requested he leave the area.  He told them that he was just passing through and would leave when he was ready.  Officers conducted an investigation and Mr. Johnson was arrested for Disturbing the Peace, Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass. 

On Friday, June 11, 2010, at approximately 1:44am, an officer, while on patrol on Old Oak Road, observed a male subject crouch down near a residence and hid behind a fence.  The officer shined his spotlight in the direction of the male and observed a second male crouching down directly next to the first male.  Due to the suspicious activity, the officer approached both males.   An investigation was conducted and a third male was later located.  A juvenile, age 16 of Wakeman, was charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Tobacco Products, Underage Consumption, Sales to Underage Persons, Possession of Controlled Substance (Vicodin) and Possession of Controlled Substance (Adderal).  The other juvenile males, both age 16, were charged with Underage Consumption.

On Saturday, June 12, 2010, at approximately 11:38am, an officer, while on patrol on Linn Road, observed a vehicle travel off on the roadway and into the gravel and grass on the right side of the vehicle.  The vehicle then turned into a driveway on Weaver Drive.  The officer approached the vehicle as the female driver, Gina Costello, age 40 of Amherst, was attempting to exit the vehicle.  An investigation was conducted and Ms. Costello was arrested and charged with Operating a Vehicle Intoxicated, BAC over .170%, Open Container, Weaving Course, Marked Lanes, and Turning at Intersections.
