On Thursday, June 24, 2010, at approximately 7:50pm, officers were dispatched to the area of Maude Neiding Park in reference to two males attempting to assist an intoxicated juvenile female into a vehicle.  Upon arrival, the officers located the vehicle in question traveling on Park Avenue and a traffic stop was initiated.  An investigation was conducted and two 15 year old females were cited for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication and Paraphernalia.

On Friday, June 25, 2010, at approximately 2:56am, officers, while on patrol downtown, stopped to check on a male lying down on the steps of the Century Telephone Building, Park Avenue.   The male, Brian Pluck, age 40 of Amherst, was extremely hard to understand and was unable to sit up due to the fact that he was getting dizzy.  When speaking to Mr. Pluck, the officer observed a very strong odor of intoxicating beverage coming from his person when he spoke.  An investigation was conducted and Mr. Pluck was cited for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication.  Mr. Pluck had to be taken to the Amherst Hospital Emergency Room for treatment and observation.

On Saturday, June 26, 2010, at approximately 12:29am, officers were dispatched to Church Street Bar in reference to an intoxicated male causing a disturbance inside.  Upon arrival, the male, Shawn Barlow, age 33 of Lorain, was located and found to be intoxicated.  Mr. Barlow also continued to act in an aggressive manner and use obscene language and was arrested for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication.

On Saturday, June 26, 2010, at approximately 2:40am, an officer, while on patrol downtown, observed an intoxicated male causing a disturbance with two separate Taxi Cab drivers. After making contact with the male, he was found to be extremely intoxicated.  The male, William Ferber, age 28 of Florida, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication.
