On Monday, June 14, 2010, at approximately 3:30am, officers were dispatched to Speedway Gas Station in reference a male harassing and cursing at patrons for money.  An investigation followed, and the male, Daniel Corsaro, age 33 of Strongsville, was cited for Disorderly Conduct.

On Monday, June 14, 2010, at approximately 7:47pm, an officer was dispatched to Wendy's in reference to an assault that took place inside the restaurant between two females.  An investigation was conducted and the assault was captured on the security system inside the restaurant.   The 16 year old female juvenile was arrested for Assault and Disorderly Conduct.   

On Wednesday, June 16, 2010, an officer was dispatched to a residence on Spruce Tree Lane in regards to an unresponsive male.   Upon arrival, the male was responsive and was eventually transported by Life Care to the hospital.  Drugs and drug abuse instruments were found at the scene and believed to be the reason for the medical emergency.   The male, David Eastaugh, age 24 of Amherst, later arrested and charged with Possession of Heroin, Drug Abuse Instruments, and Drug Paraphernalia.

On Sunday, June 19, 2010, at approximately 2:14am, an officer observed a male, Brandon Boynton, age 26 of Amherst, yelling and cursing as he walked north on Church Street after leaving RC's Brewhouse.  He continued in this matter as he walked past the officer and stumbled into the street as he walked on the sidewalk.  Mr. Boynton was stopped and found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct Intoxication.
