On Sunday, December 9, 2007, at approximately 12:32am, an officer, while on patrol, observed two violations on a vehicle and performed a traffic stop.  An investigation followed, and a male passenger, Christopher Shreve, age 20 of Amherst, was found to underage and intoxicated.  It was also learned that he had two active warrants for his arrest. Mr. Shreve was issued a citation for Underage Consumption and Providing False Information.

On Sunday, December 9, 2007, at approximately 3:35am, officers were dispatched to a residence on Caesar Circle in reference to a disturbing the peace complaint.  Upon arrival, an investigation was conducted and an underage alcohol party was located at the residence.  Dominic Rivera, age 19 of Amherst, was cited for Carrying Concealed Weapon and Underage Consumption, Meagan Deal, age 19 of Amherst, was cited for Accommodating Underage Consumption and Underage Consumption, Cornell Moye Jr., age 19 of Lorain, was cited for Underage Consumption, and four 17 year old juveniles were cited for Underage Consumption.

On Wednesday, December 12, 2007, at 1:16am, officers were dispatched to a residence on North Main Street in reference to a disturbing the peace complaint.  Upon arrival, the officers observed a female, later identified as Sherry Perkins, age 43 of Amherst, attempting to gain entry to her apartment.  Ms. Perkins exhibited signs of being highly intoxicated and was only wearing a sweatshirt, underwear, and shoes.  Due to her intoxicated state, she was transported to Community Health Partners for treatment.  She was later charged with Disorderly Conduct Intoxication and Disturbing the Peace.

On Friday, December 14, 2007, at approximately 11:00pm, officers were dispatched to the area of North Main Street near the downtown area in reference to several juveniles trespassing.  Upon arrival, the officers located two juvenile males walking in the area.  Both were identified and found to be in the possession of and under the influence of drugs.  The 15 year old male was cited for Drug Abuse and Curfew and the 16 year old male was cited for Possession Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. 

On Saturday, December 15, 2007, at 1:27am, an officer, while on patrol in the parking lot of Motel 6, North Leavitt Road noticed two younger males and one younger female searching through a vehicle.  As the officer approached, one of the males immediately ducked down and appeared to throw something underneath the vehicle.  An investigation was conducted and several more individuals were located in a room at the motel.  Aaron Howard, age 20 of Lorain, was issued a citation for Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor, Sales to  Underage Persons, Underage Consumption and Possession of Marijuana. Ryan Carter, age 18 of Lorain, was cited for Underage Consumption and Drug Paraphernalia.  Brittany Davila, age 19, Samantha Millard, age 19, Alyssa George, age 18, Christopher Shreve, age 20, all of Lorain, were issued citations for Underage Consumption.  Two 17 year old males and a 15 year old female were issued citations for Possession of Tobacco, Underage Consumption and Curfew.  A 17 year old female and a 14 year old female were issued citations for Curfew.
