On Sunday, April 15, 2007, at 12:43am, officers was dispatched to the area of RC’s Brewhouse, Church Street, in reference to a fight between two females  Upon arrival, officers met with the two involved parties who stated a minor altercation occurred between the two over the complainant's boyfriend.  Due to all parties being intoxicated and the absence of physical evidence, they were advised to come to the police department in the morning if they wanted to sign charges for the incident.  A report was made for file.

On Sunday, April 15, 2007, at approximately 12:12pm, an officer was dispatched to the Amherst Police Department in reference to a telephone harassment complaint in the lobby.  Upon arrival, the officer met with the complainant who stated she has been receiving harassing telephone calls from her former boyfriend's ex girlfriend. An investigation was conducted the female was advised not to have any further contact with the complainant or charges may be filed against her.  A report was made for file.

On Sunday, April 15, 2007, at approximately 8:35pm, officers were dispatched to a residence on Nicole Drive in reference to a missing juvenile complaint.  Upon arrival, officers met with the complainant who advised her 14 year old grandson was missing.  An investigation was conducted and a report was made for file.  On Monday, April 16, 2007, the grandmother arrived at the Amherst Police Department with the juvenile and requested charges be filed.  The juvenile was issued a citation for Unruly Juvenile.

On Monday, April 16, 2007, at 5:33pm, an officer was dispatched to a residence on Kar-A-Bru Drive in reference to a criminal damaging complaint.  Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the complainant who stated that while he was out of town, extensive damage was done to his fence.  An investigation was conducted and a report was made for file and insurance purposes.

On Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at approximately 3:05pm, an officer was dispatched to the Amherst Police Department in reference to a possible identity theft complaint.  Upon arrival, the officer met with the complainant who advised she received a letter from the credit card company for TJ Maxx stating their computer system had been compromised, and it was possible someone obtained her driver license information.   They advised the complainant to contact the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and have a police report made for file.

On Tuesday, April 17, 2007, at 10:54pm, an officer was dispatched to a residence on Middle Ridge Road in reference to a telecommunication harassment complaint.  Upon arrival, the officer met with the complainant who stated several telephone calls have been made to her cellular phone from a restricted number and the male will not identify himself.  The officer advised the complainant of her options.  A report was made for file and is under investigation.

On Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at 11:56pm, an officer, while on patrol in the parking lot of Bob Evans Restaurant, North Leavitt Road, was flagged down by a motorist who advised there was an intoxicated Hispanic male causing a disturbance and giving the clerk at Speedway Gas Station a hard time.  The officer arrived at Speedway and noticed two younger males near the counter.  An investigation was conducted and it was determined the males, John North, age 18 of Lorain, and Jason Wright, age 19 of Lorain, were involved in the disturbance. Both males exhibited signs of being intoxicated and both admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages.  Mr. North and Mr. Wright were issued citations for Underage Consumption.

On Saturday, April 21, 2007, at approximately 12:20am, an officer, while on patrol in the area of Linn Road and Cooper Foster Park Road, observed a vehicle weaving within its lane of travel.  The officer initiated a traffic stop and an investigation was conducted.  The driver, Heather Krajeski, age 21 of Amherst, was arrested and charged with Operating a Vehicle Intoxicated, BAC over .08%, and Weaving.

On Saturday, April 21, 2007, at approximately 3:05am, an officer, while on patrol, observed a male walking in the area of South Leavitt Road and Park Avenue.  The officer was aware that the male, Travis Spurlock, age 19 of Amherst, had an active warrant through the Amherst Police Department for Underage Consumption, Obstructing Official Business, and Identity Fraud.  The officer approached Mr. Spurlock and, while speaking to him, could detect an odor of intoxicating beverage coming from his person and his eyes to be red and glassy.  Mr. Spurlock was arrested on the warrant and also charged with Underage Consumption.
